Mikata - Season 2

As the days start to get longer again, we’re getting ready to get things moving for our second season at Mikata, and we’re excited to say we’ve grown over the winter! We now have not one but two Stratus 72 tipis to play with, with the option of linking the two together for a truly impressive space capable of accommodating over 200 guests. This means we can cater for bigger wedding receptions, host bigger parties, and even provide a hybrid stage/bar/chillout space to fit all of your small festival’s needs under one canvas.

Of course all of this space would feel a bit empty without our signature cosy rustic furniture, so we’re also in the process of building folding wooden sofas and chairs to furnish it with, which will complement our existing sofas, tables and pallet bar while hopefully being easier to transport (no more stacking sofas head-high in the back of vans!). This will allow you to customise the space to fit whatever the needs of your event might be, in keeping with our spacious but intimate vibe.
